big room clean room smoking room smoke smell

the room was big and clean. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

i was assigned a smoking room upon arrival, even though i had booked a non-smoking room. i requested a change, but the second room also had a noticeable smell of smoke in the bathroom. it was very unpleasant.
